Current Vacancies
Receptionist
As the first point of contact, you will be the friendly face welcoming young people, parents, visitors, partners, and stakeholders. Your energy, professionalism, and warmth will set the tone for everyone who walks through our doors. In this dynamic front-of-house role, you’ll lead on reception duties while juggling a variety of tasks:
processing new members, handling phone enquiries, managing bookings, supporting meetings, and keeping our space tidy and running smoothly.
You’ll also provide vital admin support to the Business Support Officer, helping ensure our operations stay efficient and youth-focused. We’re open evenings, weekends, and school holidays, and for many young people, Vault Youth Zone will be a second home. Our reception team will play a key role in making it a place they want to return to again and again.
